I am a mother, daughter, sister, auntie, friend, colleague, the list goes on..... I believe the relationships we have with those around us shapes us as human beings,

I am passionate about helping people to improve their relationships and communication with others, in order to lead happier, more fulfilled lives.  

I believe the most important relationship of all, is the one we have with ourselves, 

I am a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and I abide by their ethical framework,  A copy of this is available on request.  I attend regular clinical supervision in order to review my work.

I am also a member of the Hampshire Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (HACP).

I am passionate about working with Neuro-diverse clients and helping them to reach their full potential in life.  This is an area which is close to my heart and I am proud to be a registered Autism Ambassador. I completed this training through Autism Hampshire.

I welcome clients of all ages from 11 years upwards, all gender identities, backgrounds and sexual orientations.
